Terms of Service

1. What this covers

The tools on this site (the "Tools": among them Outlier Feed, Competitors, Comment Ideas, Stats, Frame Review and Universe AI) are internal software owned and operated by Universe Productions, LLC ("we", "us") for running our own YouTube channels and business. These terms govern use of the Tools by anyone we authorize to use them ("you"). The Tools are not offered to the public and create no rights for anyone we have not authorized.

2. YouTube

Several Tools use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy; ours in our Privacy Policy. A channel owner who connected a channel can revoke our access at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

3. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Tools and what they produce for Universe Productions' own work, and for no other purpose. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any Tool, or revoke access, at any time.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the Tools only with accounts, channels and data you are authorized to handle.
  • Do not share sign-in sessions, API keys or credentials, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
  • Do not extract, resell or republish data the Tools show; YouTube data stays subject to YouTube's terms.
  • Comply with applicable law and with the terms of every third-party service the Tools connect to.

5. Third-party services

The Tools interoperate with Google (YouTube, Drive, Sheets, sign-in), Intuit (QuickBooks), Anthropic (Claude), Vercel, Supabase, Upstash and Discord. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

6. No warranty

The Tools are provided as they are, for our internal use, without warranties of any kind. Figures the Tools calculate (multiples, rankings, scores, estimates) are our own analysis and may be wrong; they are not YouTube's figures and not advice.
